agapi 2Agapi Gegisian is a Body Psychotherapist, creator and a founding member of anassa. She has completed the four-year program of Bodynamic International. She is specialized in Healing Shock Trauma & Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD I & II). She is a graduate of London School of Economics in Mathematics and Economics (BSc) and a holder of a Master’s degree in Pure and Applied Mathematics respectively (MSc) from King’s College London. Her academic research was based on Chaos theory and specifically in complex dynamical systems and their application to Biology. Apart from her experience in αcademia, she has extensive professional experience in the corporate field as manager and coordinator in Business Development. She has a genuine interest in the spiritual aspects of therapy and has attended various seminars using techniques such as meditation, shamanic elements, visualization, conscious dreaming and hemi-sync sounds.   She is a painter and engaged with  poetry and writing as an amateur. In her therapeutic approach she focuses in creating anchors in the body that  facilitate the unification of the  philosophic and spiritual part of existence with the inner self. She is utilizing tools  such as visualization, dreams, motion and symbolic language. Finally, she is experimenting in the field of theater by combining the somatic representation and embodiment of the psychological characteristics with the theatrical role. (agegisian@anassapnoi.com)

Alena Ryzhykava is a Body Psychotherapist and a founding member of anassa. She has completed the four-year program of Bodynamic International. She is a graduate of London School of Economics in International Relations (BA) and a holder of a Master’s degree in Government. She is trained in Healing Shock Trauma & Post Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD I), Archetypes, as well as in the system of Flowidity.  She has extensive professional experience in companies, governmental and educational organizations as in NGOs, in the field of Human Resources. She is a photographer and a painter.
